So, Sookie can read minds! A little blurb about the extent of her power:
Sookie was born with the power of telepathy. She gets a constant, 24/7 stream of consciousness from the people in her close vicinity. Some people are easier to read than others, and some species she cannot read at all. Vampires are blank holes for her (with a few, very brief exceptions), and shapeshifters don’t project thoughts unless they specifically focus on sending her something and otherwise will just project their current emotional tenor. She is unable to shut off the flow of thoughts, but with concentration she can erect a “wall” between her brain and everyone else's at the expense of some brainpower.
Additionally, Sookie is able to perceive the true nature of supernatural beings, as a supernatural being herself. Glamours, compulsion, etc. do not work on her, and she can pick out beings regardless of efforts to remain hidden, unless serious magic is involved.
I should note, if Sookie is able to hear someone's thoughts, she doesn't go sharing them. They aren't hers in the first place, and unless there's someone in danger she'll keep it to herself.

He's immortal and doesn't age, his sins/wounds/traces of age instead getting shoved on a portrait of himself that he's got. Feel free to perceive that weirdness.

Can Sookie hear your character's thoughts?: let's go with a blanket no. The Doctor's two thousand years old and his species is telepathic, so he's pretty good at the sort of "putting up walls to keep people out" thing, as well as telling if people are reading his thoughts.

Species: She's human, but she has some weird cosmic/magical elements in her body thanks to exposure to an infinity stone (the mind stone) that might be sensed.
Can Sookie hear your character's thoughts?: Yes, do the thing! Wanda would be aware that another telepath is in her mind, and could block them out if she so chose (being around more telepaths here than she has been around in her canon means that she's learned in game how to do things like that - shield her thoughts, etc.), but she doesn't really do that on the regular, so unless the other telepath is being threatening or has any sort of malicious intent it's basically just 'pft whatever' and her shields aren't up. And since Sookie isn't the "SHARE EVERYONE'S DEETS" type as you say here, it's super unlikely that Wanda would put said shields up around Sookie.
Is Sookie able to perceive the true nature of your character?: Wellll, she's not supernatural in the werewolf/vampire/etc. sense -- BUT THAT SAID, if you think Sookie could pick up on said weird cosmic/magical elements for whatever reasons, it's fair game to go for it as far as I'm concerned, so no need to ask permission first.

Can Sookie hear your character's thoughts?: SO I'M OK WITH READING PERSEPHONE'S THOUGHTS but also she is a god, and having a mindfuck in her head is kind of her Thing. My guess would be if you listened to her thoughts, you would hear her song at all times which would be probably sub ideal. That said, I don't have any canon basis for shit as far as telepathy goes, so I'm cool playing this however you want. Anything from "yeah she's a blank space like a vampire" or "her thoughts are in tongues" or "holy shit nope nope nope will never be in the same room as that oh my god."
Is Sookie able to perceive the true nature of your character?: SURE. She will be going with the party line that she is a god incarnate. It is clear that there is SOME KIND of crazy bonkers divine power in this sullen teen, but some people believe her about godhood, and some people don't.

Can Sookie hear your character's thoughts?: not really. there are three separate consciousnesses sharing that one mindscape, so they have good mental defences. I generally go with telepaths being able to get the general tone of their thoughts, but nothing concrete since it would be much like trying to listen to three radio stations at once, if that makes any sense? If that doesn't work for you just let me know and i'm willing to discuss whatever!

Can Sookie hear your character's thoughts?: Yes, though the strangeness of his mind will register less like a single, legible voice and more like the murmur of a crowd. It will also have a 'thematic' resonance, in keeping with his divine provenance; I go into a little more detail in my permissions page.
Is Sookie able to perceive the true nature of your character?: Yes, though he's not a god in the glory glory hallelujah sense, so much as a properly pagan god of domains, a creature conceptually bound to the ideas of death, sacrifice and knowledge. He's also pretty darn weak in this world (wasn't exactly robust back home, either) so, you know, don't take him too seriously.

Can Sookie hear your character's thoughts?: Not unless she works very hard! Kitty has a natural resistance to magic and other supernatural powers; it's not 100%, but it takes a lot of concentrated magic to affect her.
Is Sookie able to perceive the true nature of your character?: She's definitely free to tell that Kitty isn't completely human any longer; there's a palpable aura that comes off her for beings that can spot auras, so it makes sense that Sookie would be able to sense that, too.

His dad was a sort of dream magician and his mom was... created by his dad, with said dream magic, making Ronan half of this and half of that. The resulting Ronan feels creepy and dangerous to people who are attuned to that sort of thing (and sometimes regular humans, too).
